    Any employee can refer a person for a job.

    If that reffered person gets recruited then person

    reffering gets refferal bonus.

    Recruited person has to stay in the organization

    for atleast 6 months.

    If that person leaves job before 6 months then

    refree has to return the bonus.

    Annual Leave

    The employee can avail annual leaves to meet any medical/personal emergencies.

    My Leave

    Employee can avail the maximum of 2 days of personal leave with an approval.

    Maternity Leave

    A female employee is entitled to receive maternity benefit of a total of 12 weeks ofpaid leave.

    Paternity Leave

    A male employee is eligible for 5 working days of paid paternity leave.

    Transfer Leave

    Employees are entitled for a 5 days transfer leaves

    Leave without Pay

    This may be sanctioned only when all other of leave are exhausted

    Dismissal-

    Any behaviour that is seriously disruptive of normal flow of companybusiness.

    Gambling on company premises.

    Switching-

    One to Two months prior notice to leaving / lay off is given depending

    upon the designation of the employee.

    Organize games, birthdays and achiever parties.

    Besides, it has started a club for the employee's
