We’ve Got A New Name
EMPLOYEE MERIT (EM)
• The process is the same, only the name has changed.
• Budget Turnaround (BTA) was separated into two systems.
Employee Merit (EM)
Expense/Revenue BTA
• HR Forms and Views will now show Employee Merit (EM).
• We’ve started the EM process for 2010-2011.
EMPLOYEE MERIT (EM)
• EM Group Lists were sent out April 14, 2010. (Please make
sure you’ve returned your information and originated any JED’s
to change EM Group numbers)
• Owners/Final Approvers e-mail will be sent out in the near
future. (Please make sure you respond to the e-mail)
• Departments will be notified when the EM screens are ready to
be released to Owners

Effective 6/15/10 PNC will be the University’s new on campus
banking partner.
•The Trabant WSFS will be converted into a PNC Branch
•All ATMs on campus will be converted to PNC ATMs
•Smith Hall is the only exception- they will continue to have a
Wilmington Trust ATM and a WSFS ATM
•UD ID cards will be changing
•Not required to get a new ID Card, but if it is linked to your
WSFS account that will no longer work effective 6/15/10
•In order to link your PNC account to your ID card, you would
need to get the new ID Card.
•Please let your students know about this change in campus banking
