Pastoral care team

“ I use parental involvement. I will ring parents and arrange for them to come in, so that we can work in partnership in order to keep their child engaged.

We use small achievable targets, which have been negotiated by myself, the parent and the child.”

Extrinsic motivation refers to motivation that comes from outside an individual. The motivating factors are external, or outside, rewards such as money or grades. These rewards provide satisfaction and pleasure that the task itself may not.

School Council

Finally I thought it was important to mention our school council.

“We really enjoy our new topics and how we work with other children in other classes. We like to get into the wow zone as we like to achieve our stickers and we love the idea of being able to get our Hinguar Star!”
