How to use Paint

ITEMS NEEDED

A computer

Paint software

Internet if you would like to import some pictures or templates

(optional) all accessories for a desktop computer.

STEP 1•First of all you will need to start up your netbook/computer,

•Next You will need to log in to your computer.

STEP 3

•Now you will need to open the start bar in the bottom• left of your screen like so

STEP 4

then the start window will be open, then type in the search bar “Paint”Then click on the paint icon and wait for it to load.

STEP 5

• When you have it open click on the floppy disk icon in the top left corner

STEP 6

•Then choose where you want to save it.

Then choose what you want the picture’s name to be saved as

STEP 7

Now its time to start drawing you picture!

To start off making your drawing, click on the pencil icon in the tools menu on the top of the screen.

Now we are going to draw a house with two trees on each side.First of all select the straight line shape in the menu above the drawing space.

Now click a bit to the right of the middle of the drawing area and drag your mouse down the screen while holding in the button about 8cm.

Now do the same thing as the last step but on the left not the right.

Now we are going to draw the roof, first start above and in the middle of the two lines we previously drew.

Now we are repeating step 13 but the opposite way.

Now start at any corner of the bottom of the house and draw a line to the other side like in the picture below

Now we need to draw the door, now you are familiar with the line tool, draw a rectangle in the middle on the bottom line of the house

STEP 17Now we are going to draw the windows, first draw a square a bit to the left of the left side of the house

STEP 18Now repeat step 17 but on the opposite side of the house

STEP 19Now to draw the tree’s! to start off, to the left of the house draw two lines parallel to each other about 2 cm apart

STEP 20Now repeat step 19 but on the right side of the house

STEP 21Now select the paint brush tool up the top of the screen.

STEP 22Now use the paintbrush tool to draw the tops on the trees, press and hold down the mouse key when the cursor is above the tree trunks and move the mouse in a circular motion. Do this on both of the tree trunks

YOU HAVE FINISHED!!

COMPLETED!
