is a free software


that lets you create

invoices for free


online, send it and

get paid through

PayPal

Sign Up for

Open your web

browser


Look here in the

address bar


Click inside the

bar


Type in https://invoiceable.com

and press Enter


The home page appears


Click on Sign up


Sign up for your

free account

window appears


Enter your

First Name



Enter your

Email Address

Enter your

Password


Click on Get

Started button


The Dashboard window

will appear

Click on

Account button


Select on Company


Fill-out the Company

details


Enter your Company

Name


Enter your

Company Address


Click here to upload

your Company Logo


Enter Company

Phone Number


Enter Twitter

Account, if available


Enter Additional Details

like email address


Click on Save Changes

if you’re done


To add your Company

Preferences, click here


Preferences window

will appear


Select Time Zone here


Select Date Format here


Select Start Week here


Choose Financial Year here


Pick Currency here


Choose Language here


Tick these icons to

enable Tax


Enter PayPal Email

here



when you’re done


To add Company

Templates, click here


Templates window

appears


Type your Invoice Footer


You can type a

customize message here


You can also type a message

for overdue invoices here

How to

Create Your

First

In your Dashboard,

click on Add Invoice



The Invoice window

will appear


Enter Reference Number

or leave as it is


Click arrow down to

select or add client


Click on Add Client


This will pop up


Enter Client Name

here


Then click on

OK button


The name of the client

will appear here


For Payment Terms,

click the dropdown arrow


You may select from the

following days


Or Custom Date

In this case we

will use the

default

Click on

Due on Receipt

It means that

the clients

need to pay

as soon as

they

received the

To know if the client already

paid you, click here


Select either

Yes or No


For other options on your

invoice, click on

Advanced Options


Click here to select

Currency


Enter PO Number,

if applicable


To give Discount,

enter number here


Enter Issued Date of the

invoice here


Select here to view invoice

either public or private


Choose here to enable or

disable online payment


Pick here to send

reminders to client or not


Select here to make the

invoice recurring or not


Once you’re done,

click on Save Changes


The draft invoice appears

How to

Edit or Change

Your

From the Dashboard,

click on Invoices


The Invoices window

will appear


You can see the

draft invoices details


Click here to view

your draft invoice


This will appear


To change invoice name,

click the pencil icon


Type the new invoice

name here


Click the green check

icon to save changes


To add the product or

service details, click here


Enter Item Number here


Enter Item Description here


Enter Unit Cost here


Enter Quantity here


Total Cost will be

reflected here


Click the green check

icon to save


To Add Item just click

here


See the Total Amount

and Balance here


To add notes just

click the pencil icon


If you’re done, click here

to save invoice


But if you

still need

to edit

some items


Click on Edit Invoice


This will appear and you

do the changes


To edit client details,

click on Edit Client


This will appear and

you can modify it

set up your

client’s contact

Enter Email Address

This window will appear


Click on Send Invoice

How to Add

Payment

Received from

From the Invoices window,

click on Options icon


This will appear


Click on View Payments


This appears, click on

Add Payment


Enter Amount Paid


Enter Date


Enter Description


Then click Save Changes


On Invoices window,

click Paid button to see

payment status

How to

Generate

Invoice

Click on Reports Tab


This will appear,

click on Add Report


This appears,

enter Report Name


Enter Client


Select Currency


Select Paid


Select scope of

your report here


Choose visibility of your

report here


When you’re done,

click on Save Changes


This appears, click on

View Report icon


Here comes your report for

the month of January

It’s now your

turn to make

your own
