There are two panels located at the front of each litigant table with connection outlets for internet, power, display, and audio.

Connect your vga cord to your laptop and to the “computer” outlet.

Digital video from laptop will appear on monitor displays, but does not get recorded (can be recorded as multiple still images)

Audio can be recorded if played from laptops.

If you have audio with an exhibit, you will need to connect to the audio feed, located beside the monitor connection.

For internet, your laptop must be DHCP enabled

You may borrow a network cable or bring a pass-through Cat5e cable

If you are not using a computer, you can place documents on the Elmo to be viewed on the courtroom monitors. (You will have to change each page for it to be displayed).
