How to Submit an Assignment on Chalk&Wire

SUBMITTING AN ASSIGNMENT

Chalk & Wire Assignments in Blackboard will be recognizable

by this icon.

Clicking the C&W icon will bring students directly into the

assignment.

A variety of content types can be added to the page. Students will primarily use “Upload New

File” to add content.

Users simply drag files from their desktop to add them. If they choose a video, we will resize it and convert

it for web streaming.

They can also transfer files from their Dropbox™ account.

After adding files, students click “Start Uploading All”. Allow the upload to finish before closing the window.

Once all of the assignment’s submission requirements are fulfilled, the Submit button

will be green and the assignment can be submitted.

Your uploaded files will appear here.

To Submit students need to type in the instructor’s name, then select it from the list.

And then click “Submit”.

After submitting your assignment students will see this page with the green success

markers indicated below.
