Kraftly is an app-only niche marketplace meantespecially for unique and quirky products. You caneasily sell your souvenirs, without putting any efforton Marketing!

In this guide, we are going to share the easy steps tocreate your micro shop and list your products.

So, Let’s Get Started!

SET UP YOUR MICRO SHOP

Sign Up as a Seller

• Once you download the app,you need to SIGN UP as Seller.You can easily sign up using yourFacebook account or directlyfrom email.

• In case you have already signedup, simply tap on SIGN IN.

Mobile VerificationTo complete the sign up process,you need to VERIFY your mobilenumber.

You will receive an OTP. Simply enter thatOTP in the screen and click on VERIFY.

Wallet Creation

• Enter a unique password tocreate your Citrus Wallet.

• Your payments would besettled through Citruswallet.

Enter Store Information

Congrats! You havesuccessfully signed up.Now, enter your basicshop details like name,email ID, contactnumber (where youwant to receive all theinformation) and moredetails about your shop.

Enter Store Information

After this, enter your storeaddress. You can eitherchoose it from Addressbook or simply entermanually.

Personalize Your Store

• Your store has beencreated. Now, you canpersonalize your storeby adding yourcompany logo, banners.

• Other than this, you canalso edit shopinformation, if needed.

LIST YOUR PRODUCTS ON KRAFTLY

Create Listing

Go to My Shop and click onCreate Listing to start listingyour products.

Create Listing

• Upload your productimages. You can clickproduct images directlyfrom your camera or choosefrom your mobile gallery.

• Enter product details likename, description,attributes like color, size.Also, choose appropriatecategory.

Create Listing

After this, choose :

a. Shipping details like fees (basedon your product weight)

b. Number of days in which youwill ship the product

c. Shipping charges will be borneby you or buyer.

Also, enter the product price.You can also enter thediscounted price.

Create Listing

• After you enter the shippingdetails, the total amountyou will earn on it will bedisplayed

• Click on ADD to completethe process.

View Product Listing

• You can view all the listedproducts on the ‘My Listing’section on your ‘Main Shop’.

• Click on red (+) sign to addmore products.

• To view/edit product details,simply tap on that product.

Edit Product Details

• Simply, tap on EDIT tochange any product details.

• You can also deactivate thatproduct, in case it is out ofstock or not available, bytapping on Active toggle.

• You can also start selling onsocial channels by tappingon SELL.

Sell Product on Social Channels

With Kraftly, you cansimply share yourproducts on varioussocial channels forquick sales. All youneed is to tap on ‘Sell’and choose the channelon which you want toshare the products

Store Management Tools

• We also offer youvarious managementtools to manage yourstore effectively.

• Go to your main shop toview the same.

Store Management Tool: My Sales

Click on MY SALES and viewyour orders to proceed withfulfillment.

Store Management Tool: View Store

Click on VIEW STORE to viewhow your store will look toyour buyer.

Store Management Tool: Wallet

• If you haven’t yet created yourwallet, first create your wallet byinputting your unique password.

• Once you receive an order, wewill credit your wallet with theamount due to you 7 days afterdelivery of product to buyer.

• You can enter your bank accountdetails and withdraw the samefrom your wallet.

Store Management Tool: Settings• Click on SETTINGS in your mainshop to update store level settings.

• You can define if COD is to beborne by you or the buyer.

•Input your VAT details

•Mention store level shipping days.

•You can link all social mediachannels here to start sellingimmediately!
