How to Retrieve Your Student Loan Information from NSLDS
Go to http://www.nslds.ed.gov and click on Financial Aid Review.
You will need to accept their privacy and encryption terms to continue.
Step 1
Log in with your Federal Student Aid ID. If you do not have an FSA ID or forgot your FSA ID, refer to iGrad's full NSLDS 'How To' Guide for assistance.
Step 2
Download and save your MyStudentData file by clicking on the large blue button and save the file to your desktop.
Step 3
You will need to confirm the download on the next screen

By clicking on the number next to the type of loan, you will see the loan details for that loan, including the contact info for the specific servicer. Review all the loans to see if you have multiple servicers.
