Bonus tip: Please contact us to print photos! 5. Table stand You will have plenty of visitors, Showem what you got! Max. of400 kcwill be given. (you have to bring the receipt of a purchase) 6. Its a presentation story each country will make one with 10 minute Tom and Jane 7. What is it?

  • Imagine that Tom and Jane (from Czech) are suddenly brought to your country
  • Make a story on Powerpoint about their adventures.
  • Tell about your country in the process

  • Where did they go?

  • What did they do?
    • customs, tradition
  • Who did they meet?
    • famous people, typical citizen
  • How long have they been there?

10. Final Tips

  • Be creative on Tom and Jane
    • Take a movie plot
    • Check the example story on blog
  • Meet the other students from your country. Organizers will communicate with only one of you.

11. The program

  • May 5th In the lecture room:
  • 10:00 introduction
  • 10:15 First Tom and Jane presentation
  • 10:20 Music during the breaks (internation students can read something in their language)
  • 10:30 - 14:30 the rest of Tom and Jane presentations with music at the breaks
  • Oustide wichtele's hall:
  • table stand
    • visua l aids like national flag, photos, traditional souvenirs
    • food and refreshments
    • handouts
  • games
    • Ritual: the participants will direct visitors to conduct random ritual of their culture. For example: wedding, tea culture, national holidays
    • quizzes: participants will test the visitors' knowledge about their country. facts could include: capital city, currency,
  • competition
    • keep talking: any participant will be given a microphone and they have to speak without stopping as long as they can.
    • challanges: traditional games that participants can prepare. it will have prizes for winners.
