How to pay afee online

Using NISCC Online to renewyour registration

Go to the NISCC Online website at https://niscconline.hscni.net & create a new online account if necessary, or, if you already have an online account just log in using the username andpassword you have previously created.

• Step 1

From your homepage select ‘Pay Fees’

• Step 2

Select your outstanding fee, then choose your method of payment and click continue.

• Step 3

Select ‘Pay now by credit or debit card’ and then select continue

• Step 4

Important: if you have an address without a UK post code e.g ROI please enter the number 0 in the postcode field within the billing address

You will receive an authorisation code and confirmation email when the payment is completed.

Enter your 16 digit card number, forename, surname, expiry date and security code. Your address details should be already filled in, if not you will have to manually enter those details. Once everything is filled in, click proceed – you will receive notification whether your payment has been successful or has failed.
