Options:- A lot of heat. But not on a double frame, and who’s going to do it in place?- Tow to a shop $$$- Build a big bender?

Before this was done (didn’t take pictures) I squeezed the upper lip together which raised it somewhat with the frame to the rear. See next slide Yellow arrow Using the steel bar stock as a sandwich.

You have to use some big wrenches to turn the metal bending vises.

Raised with bar stock running over the undamaged area of the frame to the rear.Clamp the rear undamaged area first moving your vise out to the bent area.

To get the outside bend straight I did this. There was also a little bend in the bottom outside where the lower vise is, you shoulduse the flat stock instead of the point of the vise.

This looks straight, but with a level the top still needs to come up 3/16”so the beer can wouldn’t fall off frame. So now a big monkey wrench and come-along.

This took two hoursI expect to take anotherhour pulling the 3/16 Ineed for level.
