Star Topology
o A star network features a central connection point called a "hub“/ ”switch”.
This application is combination of two networks built through the technique of star topologies

o There is a single main server in network which operates all working of network.
o All peripheral devices in network was connected to server directly.
o Data transmission and communication between one or more nodes was handled and control by main server.

Devices used in this Network
o Router: Physical devices that join multiple networks together.
o Switch: A device that filters and forwards packets between LAN
segments
o PCs:o A single personal computer connected in network.

Application Previewo for builting this network we used a software Packet Tracer
as a tool.

o After drag n drop of devices we connected them through the copper straight wire.

o All devices must be connected through the FastEthernet
connection.
o After connecting we configure devices by assining IPs to PCs
and routers.
o There must be same IP of Gateway for PCs as the IP of the
network router.
o Switch is providing the way of connecting these PCs to the
main router.

o After assinging IPs two star networks are completed now we connect the two router through fibre cable
