How to Login to Asycuda with Google Chrome
1.Open the browser Google chrome in your PC.
2.Press the 3 dots at top right corner of the browser.
3. Go to “Settings”.
4.Go to “Privacy and Security”.
5.Scroll down and go to “Security” tab.
6. Select the Radio button “No Protection(Not Recommended)”.
7.Now go to the customs website www.customs.gov.lk and proceed to the Asycuda Portal
Usually.
8. Click “Get Started”.
9.Click “Keep”.
10. After downloading the file press on the downloaded file named
“ASYCUDAWorld_X.jnlp” at the bottom left corner of the browser.
11. Tick the check box “I accept the risk and want to run the application”.
12. Click the “Run” button.
13. Now the login screen will be appeared and you can log in to the Asycuda System by
entering your username CHAXXXX and your password obtained from the ICT Directorate.
