How to Join a Zoom Meeting (Desktop/Laptop) 1. Click the join link in your invitation email 2. You will be prompted to download and install Zoom if you haven’t already 3. If the download fails, an option to join through the web browser will appear 4. After reading and agreeing to the terms of service, the app will launch 5. Enter your name and click ‘Join’, you may also need to enter the Meeting ID found in the invitation email 6. Use the controls at the bottom of the screen to manage your video and audio settings or to leave the meeting
