In country X, City Y, Customer complaint about Capacity issue and low HSUPA throughput
during Special events. Complaint area is hot spot and mostly special event happened there.
No Active alarm on surrounding sites.
1. Congestion KPIs analysis:- From the KPI can see many code cong and DL Power cong.
2. Parameter setting verification
2. DT held at the complaint spot.

iv. Outdoor Test ECNO
From the above test result, RSCP and ECNO are quite good at the complaint location. We notice that there is not any coverage problem. Only problem of high traffic during the special event thats why get customer complaint.
