Power point has multiple tools such as : Font/size/color Bullets Clip Art/Pictures Slide Themes Smart Art Graphics/Tables Spacing/ Paragraph Format

Don’t be afraid to use them

Use Your Tools

1. Use plain text, don’t write with CAPS for your

whole slide, its tires the eye. 2. Font color needs to easy to read. 3. Use bold and italics sparingly. 4. Leave some “white” space. 5. Effects should not be over done. Use the same one.

Rules for Text & Graphics

Cut out the adjectives you want to be clear.

As the speaker you can fill in the rest of the information.

Chop out all information that is not relevant.
