An Instant search tool always available in all outlook versions, that helps you to find any items like: mail, contact, calender, task, notes, journals etc.
If instant search tool is not installed during set up Outlook, you need to download Windows Search software on your desktop machine.
Note: In the earlier version of window you need to download windows search software, while in latest version of Windows, you get instant search tool that enable in Outlook automatically.
Now the tool get enables, but when you search any item in Microsoft Outlook, and unable to find actual results, it means search criteria did not match properly.

How To Find Data From Outlook

Advance Search Components
Step For Instant Search
Open Outlook 2007
Click on CTRL + E.
Note: Type any keyword to search data.
Step For Instant Search
Go to tool menu
Click on Instant Search option.
Again click on search all mail items.
Step For Instant Search
If you want to find those email message that included attachments:
Type #attachments in instant search box.
When you type this keyword, it will show the result quickly, but if it does not show then expand your results from all folders.
