How to find a fitness center 1. Locate the Resources & Tools tab within the main dashboard. 3. Click the Find a gym button. 5. Click the Go to account button (from step 3), to see your fitness membership information, print a temporary card or request a replacement card. 6. Click the Get a card button (from step 3) to order a replacement membership card. Verify your address is correct and click Submit. 2. Select the Fitness Centers link. 4. Enter a zip code or address and click the search icon. You can look for gyms near your home or work. Log in to lafra.org/wellness and follow these steps to find participating fitness centers in the Prime network. The LAFRA Wellness Program is a wellness program that is free for LAFRA members, spouses/domestic partners and adult children 18+ who are enrolled in the medical PPO plan.
