HOW TO EVALUATE SESSIONS AND CLAIM YOUR CE!
Go to the SAGE Virtual Symposium Website & Login
Click on CE Evaluation
Complete the tasks on your list.
1. Select the session you attended and complete the evaluation questions.
2. Click the time you attended the session, and choose from the list of presentations. Please note the evaluation will be available once the session has ended. (see below)
3. Your feedback is important to us. Please complete the overall virtual symposium evaluation.
4. Download and print your CE certificate for Interactive Distance Learning. The sample below shows you the sessions your completed and the CE credits you claimed.
