Policies

Minimum quantity is one stock length.

All written quotations are valid for 30 days.

We offer custom straight cuts to length of material that is available in 12-ft. All inquiries

for custom cutting must be done via fax to 716-826-3054 or e-mail [email protected].

Custom cut lengths are not returnable.

We will accept returns of all re-salable merchandise for 30 days from invoice date. Material

altered in any way is not returnable. You are responsible for outbound shipping & handling

charges and all return shipping costs, we will only refund merchandise amounts. Quantities

over 120-ft. will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Special ordered or custom material is

not returnable for any reason.

We take every effort to provide a superior product through our quality control department

and use well-known carriers for shipping. Mishaps do occur. Inspect package(s) carefully

upon delivery for container damage. Do not refuse delivery. Refusal of delivery will cause

delays in obtaining a satisfactory resolution. All freight damages must be notated on the

driver’s copy of the bill of lading and all claims must be reported to the carrier and us within

2 business days.

All material is shipped as invoiced and must be inspected within 2 business days. We must

be notified within 2 business days of any discrepancies or it is deemed as shipped as invoiced.
