How to make this collaborative ?
Recipe :
- 1 entrepreneur willing to improve, - many participants willing to help, - 1 lean startup practioner to lead the experiment, - 1 time keeper, - food,
90 minutes
Lean Startup practioner explain the theory0- assumptions vs certainty- at this stage, everything is hypothesis, - write down what’s in your head, - don’t restrain yourself : whatever you’ll write is not right anyway, as not validated.
15 minutes :
Entrepreneur explains her product1- not business model (as we are going to build it)
5 minutes :
People propose a canevas based on their understanding of the product2 - step by step, lead by an experienced lean practioner- required : A3 Lean Canevas + sticky notes
20 minutes :
2 volunteers propose their canvas- entrepreneur takes notes in silence and modify its canvas- no interruption
3
2 x 10 minutes :
4 Entrepreneur presents its updated Canvas
5 minutes :
5 People challenge the entrepreneur - no suggestions but questions- open discussion
20 minutes :
