He had build a business that lasts forever!
But then the ‚age of disruption’ changed everything
Because new rules were in play
New competitors emerged
With new business models
They could change faster!
Those who don’t change, disappear …
But he could not change!
Because of the structure, the hierarchy, tools & processes
How can he change?
