這套手部運動一共包 含三個主要步驟:

第一步驟:

做兩次,每次維持 10 秒鐘

一、伸開手,掌心向上

二、使用另一隻手用力把手掌往下壓

三、手臂伸直繼續往下壓

第二步驟:

做兩次,每次維持 10 秒鐘

一、把手放置成「招財貓」姿勢

二、用另一隻手用力把「招財貓」姿勢手往下壓

三、手臂伸直繼續往下壓

至少要做 20 下
