National Grating Fiberglass Railing Systems are easy to learn and easy to assemble.

All you need is NG Railing Components, standard carpenter tools, epoxy glue and pop-rivets.

NG Railing Systems use Yellow 2” OD Square Tube with a0.156” wall thickness.

Railing can be spliced using a 6” square plug or an Adjustable Corner Assembly.

Split Tube Connectors are used to attach mid-rails to posts.

90 degree Corners are used to attached top railings to posts.

Use 4” Split Tube Connectors to join Posts with the top rail.Use 8” Split Tube Connectors to join Posts with the mid rail.

Use 42” Posts with base plates for surface mounting.

Use 6” Plugs inside the post for side-mounting posts.

Use pop-rivets to mount the kickplate to the posts. Cut Kickplate Corners and splices out the 2” Tubing (or FRP plate, or angle.)

The railing can be cut using standard power tools and a diamond tip blade. Use a 1.68” diameter core drill for the Split Tube Connectors.

Glue all components together using 2-part epoxy available at your local hardware store. Reinforce each connection using pop-rivets.
