How to access files and upload work from home onto the school

Select HAP (Home Access Plus) from the school moodle platform shown

Login in the usual way

Select ‘My Files’

From here you can access ‘My Documents’ or ‘Pupil Shared’

As soon as you open ‘My Documents’ it should look familiar.

To open a document ‘Double Click’

Create a New Folder by selecting ‘New Folder’.

Type the name of the new folder and click ‘Create’.

Upload folders from home by selecting ‘Upload’ and choosing the file you have saved on your computer at home.

If your teacher asks you to upload your file to a folder in shared work, you can do this in a similar way by selecting ‘Pupil Shared’.

Work completed on Paper can be photographed using your phone and saved before uploading.
