I should never have to touch other people’s private parts. If someone tries to make me touch any of their private parts, I should tell someone in charge.I will try to be careful and keep my hands away from the private parts of other people's bodies. When you are a baby you will not have a hair and When you are staring to grow up your hair will start to grow up.But if you are not taking care of your hair, your hair will stat to be damage and you will have to cut all of your heir out.

Sleep gives your body and your brain a break too little sleep can make you cranky and less able

to think clearly and follow direction.

There are five stage of sleep, incluiding one called the riped

eye movement stage, also known as rem.

Our bodies need food as fuel and water to keep us going. We also need exercise to keep us fit,

and sleep and relaxation to keep running smoothly!

Your body need fat because if you go some where and you can not eat for a day the fat will

make you worm.

Eat five portions of fruit and vegetables each day.

Eat foods low in fat.

Do not eat too many sugary foods.

Eat food high in fibre.

Eat lots of different foods.

Sleep How much sleep do you need?

Teenagers need a lot of rest and sleep because

they are still growing.

You need to keep your body clean:• Wash your face and body every day.• Wash your hair frequently.• Brush your teeth in the morning and at night.• Change your underwear every day.• Use deodorant every day.• Girls! Use sanitary products when you have your period.
