Planning• Planning is the essential first step in producing anime,
this stage of creation involves choosing a target audience, and overall marketing strategy.
Character Design
• In the Character Design stage the designer effectively stalks environments for models or actual subjects for the character art in the animation.
Layout
The first thing done after a key animator has been given the characters is the layout of the shot in the show, or movie.
Key animation
The next step after the layout has been approved and or corrected by the animation director is for the key animator to draw the key animation.
Timesheet
determines when and where the drawing or character will be in the timeline.
In-between
After the drawings of the key animator have been checked by the director and the animation directors, the next step is for the animation to be in-betweened by the in-betweener.
Image Boarding
Creation of drawings and sketches of characters these images are not intended for use in the production.
Cel-painting
Then the cels end up to the studio 7, where they are being colored by hand.
Post Production
The filming of the animation cels, the sound production such as foleys, music, sound effects and dialogue are usually been done in separate production companies outside the animation production company.
Production of a Title
Before an anime show or movie is released a name is developed this is the last step in the creation process
