But now by using the IT based system they are performing the same work by a single effort, and it is very economical for the company.

It is observed that in manual bases system we also facing the different dangerous situations, like danger of loss of data. Danger of fire, danger of fraud etc. But now using the IT based is safe from all these types of dangerous situations.
