HOW DO WE CONTROL OUR
DREAMS?
LUCID DREAMING IS WHERE THE DREAMER IS AWARE AND INCONTROL
OF HIS/HER DREAM
LUCID DREAMING IS A VERY RARE OCCURANCE, SOME PEOPLE ONLY
HAVE 1 LUCID DREAM IN THEIR WHOLE LIFE.
BEING ABLE TO CHANGE DREAMS CAN HAVE A HUGE IMPACT ON
YOUR GOALS IN LIFE.
WHEN YOU HIT A ROUGH PATCH IN LIFE YOUR DREAMS CAN BE
OPPOSITE OF WHAT YOU ARE WORRYING ABOUT
USING THE R.I.S.C. METHOD CAN HELP YOU REWRITE YOUR DREAM.
RECOGNIZE: WHEN YOU ARE HAVING A BAD DREAM. YOU NEED TO BECOME AWARE WHILE DREAMING THAT THE DREAM ISN’T GOING WELL.
IDENTIFY: WHAT IN THE DREAM MAKES YOU FEEL BAD. LOCATE THE THING THAT MAKES YOU FEEL BAD.

CHANGE: BAD DREAM INTO POSITIVE. YOU MAY NEED TO WAKE UP AND THINK OF A NEW ENDING. WITH PRACTICE, YOU WILL
BE ABLE TO INSTRUCT YOURSELF TO CHANGE THE ACTION WHILE ASLEEP.

DO A REALITY CHECK(ASK YOURSELF IF YOU’RE DREAMING) EVERY HOUR OR
WHEN SOMETHING HAPPEN THAT MAKES YOU QUESTION IF YOU ARE DREAMING
IMAGINE WHAT YOU WILL DO ONCE YOU START TO LUCID DREAM, TRY TO
IMAGINE IT VIVIDLY AS YOU GO TO SLEEP
DON’T DO DRUGS OR DRINK BECAUSE THIS CAN CAUSE YOU NOT TO HAVE LUCID DREAMS
