How do I send reminders to selected students?

How do I send reminders to selected students

only?

1) Goto your dashboard

Method 1

Can be used to select few individual students

2) Click the ‘To’ field under ‘Create a Reminder’ and type the name of the student and select

The ones in grey are students belonging to

atleast one of your classes

3) Click the ‘To’ field again to select multiple students

Method 2 Can be used to select a smaller set of individual students from a

larger set

2) Select the class the set of students belong to

The ones in yellow are classes

3) Click on the selected class to edit the recipients A modal box will open with all the students in that class

4) Check the boxes next to the students you wish to send the message to and click ‘Done’

The checked boxes (ticked) are the students

who will receive the message

5) Click on the date picker to schedule your reminder Select the date and the time when you wish the message to be delivered

To send the message RIGHT NOW click here

6) Click on the ‘+’ icon below the datepicker to schedule more reminders

7) Click on ‘Create’

8) An entry is created in your task board The message will now be sent at the times specified by you
