Ever wondered what the heck you’re here for?Why you get up in the morning?

Many people feel disconnected or directionless. They often can’t put their finger on why.

What is my purpose?This question is often avoided because it’s so closely tied in with our sense of self-worth, of adding value and contributing to the world.

The problem is that we are often striving for that one big, magic answer.

We can actually start in a much smaller way that can lead us to our purpose.

You want to change the world & find your cause? Start with yourself

Be an example

Hold yourself to a higher standard than everyone else

Here’s where to start...

Start by living consciously

Stop waste: think about the resources we use to provide the food we throw away

Think about how what you buy impacts the earth and its animals

Also think about how it impacts your health in terms of the toxins you put on and in your body

By respecting yourself and your body you will show others the way

Live a healthy life

You don’t need to convince people that they need to live a different way.

Just Do it Yourself

Big corporations have lots of money, but it doesn’t give them the right to destroy our planet.

Challenge the corporations

Remember, every dollar you spend casts a vote for the type of world you want to live in. And the type of world

you want for your children.

People have power when they do two things:

Choose suppliers and products that have a conscience.

Spend carefully and ethically

Add your voice to the growing collective of people who care

Change the world one person at a time

Just be an Example

There’ll be a nice side effect for you too...when you start to live as an example & clarify what is important to you...that’s

when you’ll discover your higher purpose
