How do I add someone to my labODS account?

Your organisation has a labODS number. You would like to add another colleague to the labODS account. Go to https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/ods2/domain/labods

Log-in via EU Login like you usually do to access your account
Go to profile to see the form.

Click EDIT USER ACCESS

Insert name and email address. Click ADD. Keep in mind that the email address inserted here must be identical with the one used for the EU Login!
Done! Now ask your colleague to log in.

Every user needs an account in EU Login

Enter registration details, check the box & click on "Create an Account"
Log in with e-mail address and new password

Your colleague now also has access to the account!
