HOW DO HEPA FILTERS WORK? All our aircraft are fitted with High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters as standard. Tests by Public Health England show that they filter out germs and viruses, including COVID-19 with over 99.9% efficiency. Equivalent to hospital operating theatre standards. Fresh air from outside is heated to at least double the temperature needed to kill viruses, then cooled into the cabin. Airflow is engineered to wash clean air over passengers from top to bottom, and minimise flow along the cabin.
