In Kolkata there were a lot of

these camps are charged only Rs.

Country Life Expectancy Rank
Saaol Times, December, 2018
In India the average age of a person is 68 years. But we often see people living in 80s and 90s. The average goes down when children also die at birth and young people also die because of accidents, diseases. Chronic diseases like high BP, Diabetes, Heart disease and Cancer often bring down the average as they cause early deaths. Those who live longer they usually keep themselves away from these diseases, control the diseases and have a healthy lifestyle to stop ageing. In this issue we are going to discuss what can be done so that we live much longer. In other words what people do when they have a lifespan of 90-100 years. Of course, advancement of medical science sand diagnostic tools can treat us from many fatal diseases like plague, cholera, small pox. Just one thousand years back the average age of people used to be 30-35 years - because so many would die of infection, killed by animals, by famine, repeated wars.Longevity would not only be the
count of life in years but also they should be active, youthful and energetic. They should not be in the bed or in the hospital. The average life expectancy in Japan is 16 years more than us in India. Many developed countries like Switzerland, Ice land, Singapore, Honk Kong, Sweden have life span much longer than us.
Definitely economic prosperity, advanced medical care, education standard, fulfillment of daily needs without a lot of efforts - adds years to our life. Thus the poor and developing countries cut a sorry figure. Most of the people in these countries work for survival and do not have the means to take care of their health. F o o d i s i n a d e q u a t e a n d adulterated, knowledge about health is poor, surrounding is unhealthy, water is contaminated, health care is at the worst and non existent - we do not expect a very good show by them.In the following page you can see list of Life Expectancy in different countries of the world including India & USA.
