Katy has 10 years of experience in the National
Health Service (NHS) in London UK, with adult
common mental health problems., utilising
evidence-based therapeutic approaches
which include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
(CBT), mindfulness and principles of
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Katy assists people
with: depression; anxiety (general fears, phobias, social
anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder and post-traumatic
stress); work-related stress, relationship problems and
difficulties arising from chronic health conditions, assisting
clients to better understand themselves and their circumstances in
order to make changes towards their valued goals. Katy provides
counselling on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday mornings .
Jenny has extensive experience working with
students of all ages and their families. Jenny
specialises in assessing and counselling school
aged children from 4-18 years, as well as
providing counselling to parents and other family members. Jenny has
a special interest in family therapy, parenting concerns, and
managing challenging behaviours. She also provides hypnosis for
children to help overcome fears and phobias and can assess
children for Autism, ADHD, Aspergers, and other concerns. Jenny is
able to help parents establish behaviour management strategies
and can provide appropriate reports to facilitate provision of
assistance for children with special needs in school settings. Jenny
provides counselling on Mondays .
Andrew has worked in clinical mental health and high performance environments since 2008. He employs CBT based strategies, in combination with
Solution-Focused Therapy to help adults and adolescents deal more effectively with issues relat-ing to stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, drug and alcohol abuse, and chronic pain. He is currently registered with Medicare, TAC, and WorkCover, and is familiar with the procedures for working with victims of crime. Andrew provides counselling on Thursdays and offers late appointments.
Pauline has dual registration as both a
Psychologist and Social Worker and is also an
accredited Yoga Teacher. She has many years of experience
working with a range of clients in rehabilitation , adult psychiatry,
and private practice. She specialises in helping adults with
anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress, grief and loss,
She is experienced in assisting people with depression,
anxiety, stress, grief, relationship difficulties and living
with chronic health problems. Caroline has a longstanding
interest in women’s experience of motherhood and provides
assistance for mothers experiencing postnatal difficulties, as
well as parenting concerns and children’s behaviour
problems, She also assists adults with everyday issues of
depression, anxiety and grief and loss. Caroline provides
counselling on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Lukas has worked for many years in community-based services and employee assistance programs. He also conducted Mindfulness Based Cognitive
Therapy (MBCT) groups for Monash University for a period of 5 years. Lukas is particularly interested in working with adults who have concerns about anxiety, depression or addictions. He is also experienced in assisting adults who have experienced critical incident stress and trauma. Lukas utilises cognitive behaviour therapy and incorporates the principles of mindfulness in his approach to counselling . Lukas provides counselling on Fridays and on Saturday mornings .

Manmohan has over 10 years experience
using structured research driven
cognitive behavioural psychological
interventions and has helped many
clients achieve their desired outcomes. He
specialises in supporting children, adolescents, couples and
families with interpersonal relationship problems, anxiety
and depressive disorders and rehabilitation psychology. He
also has significant experience in assisting clients achieve
spiritual, emotional and physical balance, using meditation,
yoga, hypnosis and exercise. Manmohan provides
counselling on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Kylie Cummins B. App. Sc, Grad. Dip. Psych,
M. Psych (Ed. & Dev.) , M.A.P.S.
Kylie has worked as a school psychologist
in both the public and private education systems
and enjoys working with children, adolescents,
and families of all backgrounds. Kylie uses a combination of play
therapy, counselling and cognitive behavioural techniques.
She is experienced in working with children with learning
difficulties, social and emotional difficulties, and those affected
by grief and loss. Kylie has a special interest in the perinatal
period and is qualified as a HypnoBirthing practitioner . She can
assist parents to overcome worries around the perinatal period and
achieve a stress-free birth experience. Kylie provides counselling
