If you want to make it through the initial screening, tell employers something about yourself that connects to benefits that you can provide to this employer that distinguishes you from all other candidates. Your experience, initiatives, and accomplishments all make you memorable.

And if it should be that you really can't find anything about you that is distinctive, it is time to get busy. undertake a project of some kind that will show them your value in a clear, relevant and credible manner.
