Inferences: The affordability of the end user suggest the nature of the

development pattern, therefore the poor continue to be

marginalized and segregated based on new form of marketideology of economic segregation as opposed to politicalsegregation. (Prof. Ambrose A. Adebayo; 2008 )

In some cases, participants of development were able tomeet the needs and interest of consumer thus attained

success. In some cases, development was moderated due to local

community demand loose the very purpose for which itwas intended for.

In some cases, compromises made to produce less

sustainable development that failed to attract potentialconsumers.

In some cases, development becomes source of manyproblems rather than solution for which it was intended for

(Alan Murie & Rowlands; 2008)
