Housekeepers are cleaning 19 rooms per work day. And for each rooms they are have to spend 23 min.
How many rooms does an employee have to clean in work day? And how much time they
have to spend?
Housekeeping department have 2 shits. They are:-- Day Shift-- Night Shift
How to you define shifts?
75 percent of housekeeping problem, not chemistry, not machines.
Usually, the housekeeping people are not highly paid, they are generally at the low end of the
spectrum. In some places the pool of talent is not great; it
could be this is the people's second job. Sometimes in the evenings there are problems
with fatigue, with motivation. There are some highly motivated custodial
people, but many are working other jobs and only take these jobs to make ends meet.
