FIRST READING OF SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTIONS SCR 4004: A concurrent resolution to urge Congress to allow and support the use of thorium

reactors in this state for the creation of energy and medical isotopes. Was read the first time and referred to the Energy and Natural Resources Committee.

SCR 4008: A concurrent resolution urging the federal government to refrain from enacting regulations that threaten the reliability and affordability of electric power in North Dakota and to increase its support for research, development, and deployment for next generation carbon-based energy generation.
