parts. Also, we are going to check some

practical vocabulary you can use when

renting a house.

Linda: Good morning, I saw your classifi ed on the newspaper, and I want to know

Linda: I´m Linda Robinson.

Michael Peterson: Hello, Miss Robinson, I´m Michael Peterson. We have a great

variety of apartments for rent, but it all depends on your budget.

Linda: I want something very comfortable and not very expensive. I wonder if I

could get a good one in this big city.

Michael Peterson: Sure! I have a lot of options.

Linda: Ok ! Tell me about them !

CONDOMINIUM

Bedrooms:4 beds

Michael Peterson: I can off er you a beautiful condo with 4 bedrooms, a living room, 2

bathrooms, a garage and a large balcony.

Linda: And how much is the rent?

Michael Peterson: 500.000 thousand pesos per month.

Price: 500.000

Bedrooms: 4 beds

Bathrooms: 2 baths

Linda: Does this price include utilities?

Michael Peterson: Yes ! It includes water, electricity, gas and cable TV service. It does

Linda: Oh ! I guess that one is too expensive for me. Is there anything else?

Linda: Just one more question, are pets allowed?

Michael Peterson: I´m afraid not. You can´t have any dogs or cats

Linda: What a pity! I can´t rent it because I have dog.

Michael Peterson: Wait a second ! I have the perfect place for you. It is a nice

Linda: Really? What does it have?

Michael Peterson: It has, one bedroom, a bathroom, a small dining room and a living

room with a beautiful balcony, and the most important thing : pets are allowed.

Linda: That´s a great news, how much does it cost?

Michael Peterson: 250.000 thousand pesos per month, charges include gas and

water.

Linda: I think that’s the perfect one for me. I want to rent that apartment.
