Introduction } QTX Launch is one of the four solutions in the QTX Platform
that is specifically designed for hotels to facilitate pre-opening feedback for both service and product scenario testing.
} Web and Mobile App based testing is used to conduct assessments, capturing answers to specific questions and image/video/audio plus commentary associated with those answers.
} All reports are specifically built for hotel operations teams to swiftly determine systemic issues to resolve prior to opening. Reports are calculated in real time and can be communicated within team meetings immediately after a testing period.
} Each question is linked to a competency that is determined by each companies value proposition. This is imperative to establishing operational goal setting for the first three months post opening as well as understanding where to focus training dollars.
} All questionnaires are completely customisable. The QTX database of scenarios and questions is extensive and available to all clients for their use and can be self customised as required.
} There is no limit to the number of scenarios that can be created and uploaded in the system.
} There is no limit to the number of users that can be on the system.
} There is no limit to how many simulation assessments can be converted.

} Pre-opening of The Parisian Macao (September 2016). 3000 room integrated resort with 30+ F&B outlets, Leisure facilities and Gaming. Converted 50,000 real time assessments over a 4 days simulation with 8000 participants
} Pre-opening of MGM Cotai - Macau (February 2018). 1500 room integrated resort with 15+ F&B outlets, Leisure facilities, Gaming and Entertainment. Converted 150,000 real-time assessments over a period of 10 days with 10,000 participants.
} Pre-opening Restoration of Raffles Hotel Singapore. A 115 Suite hotel with 8 F&B outlets and Leisure facilities. Currently in progress and scheduled to take place in April 2019.
} Pre-opening of Grand Lisboa Palace, Lagerfeld & Versace hotels Macau. Combined 2042 room integrated resort with extensive F&B, Leisure, Gaming & Entertainment options. Project planning in progress and scheduled to open in Q2, 2020.
