    : One Main Office at the Administrative Entry Point: The detail of security is headed by a head security in-charge who reports to thepersonal manager, the security head.

    Surveillance is entrusted to a system of CCTV cameras, which are mounted onrotating hard points located within set locations inside the property. Thesecameras track human movement in real time and the footage is recorded in loopsof fixed duration. CCTV constantly monitored at the security cabin as well as the

    This is the dining area located at the back of the hotel. This area has its own smallindependent kitchen and follows a buffet system. All the junior hotel staff dinehere during meal times. This area can also be used by the kitchen staff sometimes

    to conduct meetings.It also has amenities such as a television and music system to essentially create aspace where the staff can unwind during meal times.

    Separate male and female locker rooms are provided for the hotel staff which areclose to the rest room areas.

    This is a secured room where LPG cylinders are stored of industrial grade (14.2kg). The room has facility to weigh the cylinder before taking the delivery. It is a

    no-smoking zone.

    A very important aspect of designing a hotel. The designated grade of fireextinguishers need to be located in the vicinity of the kitchen for safe fire fighting.The service lines inside the kitchen need to be cloaked inside a false ceiling toprotect them from the hazards of cooking. Sprinklers need to be effectivelylocated in all areas of the hotel.

    Effective waste management is essential to minimize the impact on environment.Waste management works on the principle of reduce, re-use and recycle. Furtherthe waste generated has to be actively segregated before it is released for disposal.

    Red Bin: non biodegradeable/ non recycleable/ non reusable waste.

    This department is responsible for the intake of raw material. The receiving area isintegrated with the unloading dock, where the incoming supplies are unloadedunder the supervision of the receiving manager.The receiving dept is alsointegrated with the inventory for efficient circulation.
