The book Shiloh Season is a story about a dog named Shiloh and a boy named Marty who encounter troubles with a grumpy man named Judd. Judd has a huge drinking problem. This starts to become a difficult situation for Marty’s family when he starts to hunt on the family’s private land, and they’re all afraid that Shiloh may get hurt. The situation starts to get out of control when Judd actually shoots Marty, Judd’s nasty dogs get loose and almost kill Marty’s younger sister, and he starts driving his truck crazily all over town. He ended up untieing the boat from the dock. This book was very funny and kept me turning the pages.
