We are dedicating the day to honoring and remembering our loving fathers, or those in our lives that filled that role. The 2018 Walk will be held on June 17th, Father’s Day Sunday at 2 P.M. and hope that you and your entire family will join us! NEW THIS YEAR! We will be hosting the event at Glades Town Park walking the gentle trails, rain or shine and we plan for a memorable day to celebrate those who made such a huge impact in our lives. There will be trails to hike, wonderful raffle items, music, delicious food and t-shirts for anyone turning in contributions of $50.00 or more. We will also be awarding $1,750.00 in gift cards to the top participants with the most donations. This year, one of the highlights will be the “Celebration of Life Ceremony”, honoring those patients we have served over the last year. Please allow me again to thank you so very much for participating in the 2017 Walk For Hospice. With over $25,000.00 raised last year, we are proud to again mention that all funds are utilized for the terminally ill and all contributions remain in Garrett County. Find within this newsletter the donation sheets for the 2018 Walk, and the sponsor sheet for names and logos for the back of the shirts. If you have any questions, would like to donate a raffle gift or assist in volunteering please call the office at 301.334.5151, my cell at 301.616.3593 or my email at [email protected]. We would love to hear from you! Please plan to join us on June 17th at 2:00 p.m.! Winter 2018
