The RooftopMethodist Central Hall, Westminster

Do you long for a spiritual awakening? Can you imagine what it would be like to see followers of Jesus passionately sharing the gospel with people who are beyond the walls of the church? Will you join us on May 20th 2018 for the London ‘Rooftop Encounter’?

Based on Acts chapter 10, The Rooftop is a global movement that is giving Christians a new passion and desire to join Jesus in His mission. It is helping them to see lost people as Jesus sees them and then, with Christ-like compassion, to tell them the good news and make disciples of people who are beyond the walls of the church.

Over the past two years, the London Mission Collective has helped to host Borough wide ‘Heart for Mission’ events and building upon this, we are excited to be getting behind this catalytic event at Methodist Central Hall, Westminster.

On the afternoon of May 20th 2018, Pentecost Sunday, London will be part of a global Multi-City Rooftop Encounter. Alongside cities like Chicago, Washington D.C, Cape Town, Nairobi and Monterrey, Christians in London will gather on a rooftop, look across the vast expanse of London and ask Jesus how we can join Him in His mission.

We believe this could be a significant ‘moment’ that we pray will lead to a faith-sharing ‘movement’. We invite you, and others from the church you lead, to be part of this unique opportunity.

Attendance is free - there will be an offering.
