Chicken thighs get a spicy treatment with honey and Chinese Five Spice Powder. The rich color and flavor combined with the tenderthighs is a perfect meal any night of the week.
What you'll need3 pounds chicken thighs - about 12 small, 8 medium or 6 large
1 Remove excess fat from thighs and place in a large bowl or a zippered plastic food bag. Combine marinade ingredients and
set aside 1/4 cup. Pour remaining marinade over thighs and refrigerate for 4-8 hours.
2 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
3 Place thighs in a large baking dish, about 9x13.
4 Pour reserved marinade over thighs and bake for one hour, brushing every 15 minutes with pan juices.
5 Thighs are done when juices run clear and a thermometer inserted next to the bone reads 170 degrees F.
