Section 2.1 Personal history

I have had 15 lifetime careers, I have a Law Degree (LLB) specialized in International Law with the University of London, I am also a trained Age UK Medical Administrator/Receptionist, Business Consultant/Developer/Blogger on Social Media.I have 20 years of work experience, from Retail, Healthcare, Market Research, Surveying and Business professional.

Section 2.2 Business history

I have studied Business Management Administration before with London City College, I have trained as a Business Person with Sales Force UK, worked as an Agent with HMRC on Pension Administration, Income and Tax Assessment, as well as the Inland Revenue, and as a part owner and Business Development Director of ecommerce Profits since 2009.Enrolled in 2014-15 In Preparing To Set Up A Business With New ham College, in year 2013 established my own business Davido Ltd in London city to provide Business Consultancy solutions to Business Organization’s in private, public and individual sectors to boost business methods, modules and tutoring.

Section 2.3 Business objectives

My Business Objectives is to be a global brand in Business Management Consultancy, in Business Development Leadership been Imaginative, Innovative and Creative in business consultancy products and services for companies, organizations, governments, industries in business methodology and modules in solving selective specialist business problems.To problem solve business issues of clients and customers, to enhance, accelerate, optimize in UK and abroad of performance, sales targets, business activities in all manner of sphere and spectrum to increase productivity, growth, be a leading tin-tank of business advisory, consultation, to educate, tutor coach on business principles, create wealth in sustainable forms for generations, even distribution, abundance, exorcise business ignorance, and encourage free business thinking, expression, ideas of financial and economic betterment. Encourage the freedom of choice, of selection of responsible competent practice in organizing, managing and planning accountable, ethical business credentials and accreditation. To become a Mentor, a Typhoon/Mogul by year 2020 in shaping business principles, and becoming an advocate for business peoples, that with the right training, tutoring and networks anyone can achieve their dream in the world of business.

Section 3.1 Description of products or services

My main products is my Business skills and my service is in Business Consultancy as in Income and Tax Assessment, Pension Scheme Administration, Human Resource Training, Tutoring and Coaching with Business modules and Methodology to individuals, corporations in private and public organizations.

Section 4.1 The market

My market is with individuals, corporate, governments, private and public sectors, which form the basis of my customers and clients anywhere in the UK or abroad.

Section 4.3 Marketing strategy

My marketing is to target individuals, private, public sectors and Small Medium Enterprises .I use the mediums of email, direct referrals, phone calls, online social media, brochures, word of mouth, platform of networking events and blogging posts/write-ups to communicate, get the attention and focus of clients and customers.

My suppliers are mostly in the UK, where I get my business software modules and manuals for my business consultancy trainings and tutoring’s for my clients in solving business problems. My main suppliers of business software modules and manuals are from Microsoft and Google, and I pay for the services with my e-account, and the products are delivered same day or next working day, after I order them online.

Section 4.2 Market researchMarket Research is vital part of any business survival, especially to a startup; it makes me know my competitors in my industry of Business Consultancy, how my business goals can be achieved, make information detail of market, clients measurable. Market Research helps me to target customers taste, interest, age, gender, location, and product or service specification. It helps me with information on customer response, feedbacks, I mainly use Primary Research Techniques as in interviews face to face or on the phone, questionnaires/surveys online, test trading with (B2B) Business to Business or (B2C) Business to customers .For my business Davido Ltd I collect information first hand through secondary research via company annual reports on companies house, commercial reports, suppliers and competitors as an appraisal on my own performance in business operations, and providing products and services to the general public. As a Business Consultant in the Business Management Consultancy industry my main competitors are fellow practitioners in Business Consultancy, and are listed in the Management Consultancies Association and the Business Local Management Consultants.co.uk, where we all compete for customers on small business management, business performance management, business management solutions, online consultancy, business development coaching, for clients in the UK and abroad, in winning contracts, business and earning a service based professional income for the hiring of services.
