Home Owner Deductible Reimbursement - Up to $1,000*

• Covers up to $1,000 of your homeowner's or renter's insurance deductible for your primary residence, when there is property damage resulting in a covered claim, and the amount paid by your insurance company exceeds the deductible limit.

Emergency Cash - Up to $1,000*

• Covers up to $1,000 when a loss covered by your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance company renders your primary residence uninhabitable or there is a mandatory evacuation by a public service officer or the National Weather Service.

Emergency Lodging — Up to $1,000 for Lodging Expenses

• Covers up to $100 per day for up to 10 days when a loss covered by your homeowner’s insurance or renter’s insurance company renders your primary residence uninhabitable or there is a mandatory evacuation by a public service officer or the National Weather Service.

Rent or Mortgage Reimbursement -Up to $1,000*

• Covers up to $1,000 a month for up to 6 months for Rent or Mortgage expenses incurred for the days that your homeowner’s insurance or renter’s insurance company deems your primary residence uninhabitable for at least 5 consecutive days.

Auto Deductible Reimbursement

• The Auto Deductible Reimbursement benefit provides reimbursement for the deductible amount of your auto insurance policy in the event your vehicle is involved in a covered accident and the dollar amount needed to repair the damage exceeds your deductible.

• Benefits include:– Up to $500 of your auto deductible on covered auto

insurance claims if you are in an accident.* – Collisions, theft and vandalism, if covered under your

Automotive Insurance Policy. – One Accident per year– Police report must be filed within

48 hours of the accident.

Identity Theft Protection

• Learn how to keep identity thieves from ruining your credit, and possibly, your entire credit life! You have up to **$25,000 Expense Reimbursement coverage and up to **$1 million in Unauthorized Electronic Fund Transfer from your personal depositor savings accounts.

Extended Service Protection• Extended Service Protection doubles the original

manufacturer's warranty time period up to twelve (12) months and provides coverage similar to the original manufacturer's U.S warranty or store brand warranty on many items you purchase while you are a member. This benefit will provide similar coverage as given by the original manufacturer's U.S. warranty or store brand warranty. Coverage begins the day after the original manufacturer's U.S. warranty or store brand warranty expires.

• Coverage is limited to the actual repair or replacement cost or the cost of the item as recorded on the sales receipt up to $1,000 per claim and a total of $5,000 per member, per year. Coverage is excess of any other applicable insurance or indemnity.

• Do you need assistance getting started on your next home project? Let contractors compete for your business through our tradesman referral program. The program includes over 50,000 qualified, pre-screened contractors nationwide ready to assist with over 500 types of projects inside and outside of your home. Contractors are only approved for match to you if they meet a 10-point screening process that includes a background check and confirmation of required licensing and insurance for your project. A service guarantee of $1,000 is provided to Home Solutions members if work is not satisfactory.
