people out of the shots and TVs off.
Pet owners keep your beloved pets,
their cages, food dishes, beds out of
sight. Pets in listing photos cost you
showings and money. It’s known that
a percentage of buyers are turned off
by pets in a home, their concerned
with pet dander, allergies, smells,
scratches on floors and doors. Also
it’s very important to NOT have any
weapons or valuables items even
medications in the pictures for secu-
rity reasons, remember anyone can
view photos on line, even thieves. If
any of your listing photos have any
of these issues I highly recommend
you have them retaken, it can be the
edge you need to increase viewings.
